Joseph's Journey:
His Trials and Triumphs on the Path to Victory

Joseph's story could be the life story of many of us. Trials and tribulations fill our daily routine, and triumphs are sometimes few and far between. But as we see in the life of Joseph, there is an unseen hand guiding those who are faithful to God's call upon their lives. Time after time, Joseph was faced with the decision to either be obedient to God, or to surrender to human desire. Every time, he chose to remain faithful. The results of his decisions were amazing victories that provided him with one success after another. As a young teenage boy, Joseph was challenged by circumstances beyond our comprehension. However, as I have heard many Preachers comment," He went from the pit through the prison, to the palace!" As I read the Scriptures concerning Joseph, I see a reflection of my own life. Difficult decisions, bad decisions, and some REALLY BAD decisions. In spite of all that, I know that God was always in control, directing my path to where He wanted me to be.
